Lauren Scott serves as the Business Administration Manager for Children’s Advocacy Services of Greater St. Louis. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UMSL, and then worked in Human Resources for a global company for 10 years with a focus on operations and management. Lauren joined the CASGSL team in 2017. She is responsible for all business operations and fiscal administration within Children’s Advocacy Services. She also manages all Human Resource functions to include: staff recruitment, hiring, personnel actions, and payroll administration. Lauren is responsible for preparing financial reports and providing data for grant and non-grant accounts within CASGSL, as well as supervising Accounts Payable functions, and ensuring account allocations and expenditures for the center are handled appropriately. She also provides general direction, organization, and supervision for the Office Support Staff.
